Jean Paul Gaultier Classique Fine Wall Art Painting - Oil on canvas 24" x 36"
In keeping with the Chanel No5 perfume bottle art theme this is my portrait of an empty bottle of Classique perfume by Jean Paul Gaultier
The first Chanel No5 painting proved to be very popular and sold almost immediately, so continuing with the series here is my portrait of the beautifully shaped Jean Paul Gaultier Classique perfume.
Again this oil on canvas is only painted with a pallette knife. I find it a constant challenge trying to capture the light and shaddows hitting the bottle and subsequently falling behind the glass and making good confident marks with the pallette knife. I’ve also painted Jean Paul Gaultier Le Man, Bvlgari Le Gemme and Miss Dior in the meantime and will put them up in other posts.
